Apostolic Church of Fellowship (ACF)
Church Pastor: Overseer Marilyn A. McKoy
Assistant Pastor: Minister Marcia F. Haughton
Apostolic Church of Fellowship was founded in 2007. Initially, members met in house churches but it was soon clear that there was a need to move to larger accommodation for weekly meetings.
The church was officially incorporated and received charitable status in 2011 and is still experiencing rapid growth, it also has sister branches in Carlton-in-Lindrick, Worksop, Sheffield and Great Barr, Birmingham.
ACF promotes the advancement of the Christian religion through teaching, praise and worship etc. The church has a strong community ethos and recognises it has a role in helping to tackle some of the more severe social problems within our society. We strongly believe that our mission within communities is to provide support and help where needed. As such we focus on community, family, joy, laughter, worship, good fellowship, togetherness and friendship with one another. People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to come and worship with us.
We believe that church isn't about religion it's about enjoying life whilst recognising the importance of giving our lives to Jesus Christ.
The church has been called to serve in whatever capacity it can and we will endeavour to fulfil God's command whenever possible.
